ServiceTrac is the only satisfaction survey provider offering special CoreQ reporting
WASHINGTON, DC – January 17, 2019 – The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) announced that the CoreQ assisted living measures had been endorsed by the National Quality Forum (NQF). These are the only recognized set of assisted living customer satisfaction measures in the nation.

The CoreQ questions measure the satisfaction of assisted living residents and their loved ones with a 5-point Likert Scale. The surveys measure individual experience with staff, care, and overall satisfaction. Each measure calculates the percentage of individuals who are satisfied, giving an overall score of satisfaction to the assisted living facility.
ServiceTrac assisted AHCA/NCAL in the testing and development of the CoreQ surveys prior to their release and were the selected vendor to be involved in the deployment of CoreQ from its inception. ServiceTrac is the only satisfaction survey company that offers detailed CoreQ analysis reporting that assists with improving CoreQ scores.
Research suggests that high customer satisfaction is directly linked to quality of care outcomes. In addition, high customer satisfaction data can be used to support participation in preferred provider plans, including Accountable Care Organizations and other organizations that provide health care services in the care continuum. Several States have now required CoreQ participation for Licensed Skilled Nursing Facilities and others are considering such action.
