Oregon Quality Metrics Reporting System and CoreQ Survey

According to the website Oregon.gov: In 2017, the Oregon Legislative Assembly passed House Bill 3359 (codified as ORS 443.446 and 443.447). This new law requires that a uniform quality metrics reporting system be developed to measure and compare performance of residential care facility (RCF) and assisted living facility (ALF) across the state. The governor-appointed Quality Measurement Council, in consultation with the department, is tasked with developing metrics to measure the quality of care provided by facilities. The council is also responsible for ensuring the measurement program won’t be burdensome to facilities.
